History  
  In 1991 (Mortgage Information Systems, Inc) started as a dial-in bulletin board for Seattle mortgage brokers. LION delivered efficiency to the mortgage origination process by leveraging existing technology.

With the advent of the Internet, Company extended its service to mortgage brokers nationwide and changed the name of the subsidiary to Lenders Interactive Online Network or LION in 1995.

By 1999, LION had established itself as the first company to successfully aggregrate a business to business portal in the mortgage industry. During 1999, LION acquired its consumer portal, Mortgage101.com, and broker web site technology from IMark, LLC and was the first online business portal to offer automated underwriting through Fannie Mae's Desktop Originator. In 2000 and 2001, LION successfully positioned itself as a key player in the automation of the mortgage process from lead to loan. At the beginning of 2002, LION refined its focus improving its lead generation system, strengthening the size of its lender database, and establishing connectivity between the broker and wholesale lender.

During the year 2002, LION has attracted record numbers of consumers, Realtors, and mortgage brokers to the LION marketplace. With recent technology alliances, LION is continuing to develop the premier online website for the mortgage industry.
